Design is at the heart of what we do.

We describe our work as ‘visual branding, online branding’, meaning we create every visible expression of a brand or organization — offline and online. This involves expertise in strategy, communication, branding and process-management.


The colourful history of Graphic Grocery began in 1993 when Mariska Oprel founded the company in Rotterdam named VIADEA.

We have our homebase in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) and a liaison-office in Marseille (France). On average, we have 3 different nationalities in the team. Our portfolio is equally diverse, encompassing work for a variety of clients both large and small – from business and government to cultural and non-profit.

The agency is led by Mariska Oprel (creative director), Tom Guenot (motion & web design) Saskia van Hennik (productie & projectmanangement) Charlie Tuna (animation & gamedesign)
